It has taken years of slowly making our home and the products we use less toxic and so I have had a lot of time to try different products and see what is cost effective but also good quality. These products have been a big part of our healing process.

TINCTURES:
Infant Tummy Relief : a family favorite! Don’t be fooled by “infant”! It instantly soothes tummy aches for all ages, including myself. This product is SO incredibly helpful during those beginning days with an infant if they are experiencing an upset stomach or gas pains. We also used it a lot while introducing solids to ease any discomfort. If anyone complains of their stomach hurting, I whip this tincture out. It is such a good price and lasts a long time.
Digest Ease: Ever feel bloated or crampy after eating? I can pin-point some foods that are harder for me to digest and if I take this tincture before or after eating it is SO helpful in reducing or completely taking away the symptoms. It is made with some awesome healing herbs and can be such a great gift for anyone! I brought this with me on a retreat while eating foods out of my norm and it was a lifesaver!
Teeth Tamer: A staple in our household ever since I discovered it with my second born- you want this on hand if you have a baby who will be teething! I have even used it on teeth/gums that were bothering me since the herbs are healing!
CBD oil: So reassuring knowing this is a trusted brand and when my son was in the thick of intense pain and itching, this CBD oil tremendously helped calm him down and lower his inflammation. Such a great gift and tool to have on hand instead of reaching for over the counter medications!
SKIN CARE:
1. Goodnight Lotion: An easy addition to your nightly rituals that helps to make sure our kids are getting magnesium since its so easy to be depleted. It aids in sleep and I love putting it on after Dead Sea Salt baths to ensure allll the good minerals! Another perk of this product is that anyone can use it! I usually supplement oral magnesium but while I’m out I will take about a quarters worth and rub it on my belly before bed.
2. Soothing Skin Balm: A lotion that all of my kids tolerate! Made for the most sensitive of skin and has helped clear mild dry eczema patches. Another product the whole family can use- we buy the big tub and it is especially helpful in the dry winter climate.3. All Purpose Salve: The name says it all. This can be used as diaper rash cream, on cuts or burns, on rashes or itchy skin - you name it this cream does everything. I usually buy it in the stick version which makes it a perfect stocking stuffer!!
POSTPARTUM GIFTS:
1. Herbal Bath Soak: Know of a mother who is newly postpartum or pregnant? This herbal bath soak was one of my favorite things I bought and used postpartum. It is soothing and healing and helps detox which is so needed postpartum with all of the hormone changes that happen.
2. Breast Balm: A non-toxic balm to use in those beginning days of learning to breastfeed, this cream doesn’t need to be wiped off before nursing and it is so healing and soothing! Another staple for those postpartum days.
